You are the wizard behind the curtain. Social media is growing and changing like crazy and for some hard to keep up with. It’s exciting to see more and more companies finally realizing they need to engage their audience or their audience will fade away and go to someone else who will give them the time and service they desire. Customers no longer want to be a number. They want want good old fashioned customer service. Congratulations on being a year old.

I know this is an old entry, but I just started using Twitter a few months ago. The automation drives me absolutely nuts! A few other things I hate: automated DMs (I guess that can fall under the same umbrella) and people who want followers just for the sake of having them. And don’t ask me to follow you – that’s so rude imo.

Enough ranting by me. :) I totally agree with this article.
